At the height of its popularity in the XV century the Santiago de Compostela /Chemin Saint-Jacques de Compostelle pilgrim trail passed through Geneva en route for Galicia in Northern Spain. Follow that same path as we learn about this ancient pilgrimage which made today’s ‘Via Jacobi’ the most important itinerary of medieval Europe.
