NEW - Geneva winetasting walk

Do you know Geneva’s best kept secret? Nestling in the countryside around Geneva are three distinct wine growing areas producing exceptional and exciting wine varieties and blends. Geneva is the third largest wine producing area in Switzerland with a reputation for being avant garde in its blending of the grape from sparkling white to ruby red assemblages, including the iconic aperitif wine Chasselas and fruity Gamay. How did this all start one thousand years ago? What makes Swiss wine so exclusive – as we only export 1%! Join my colleague Margit and myself as we walk through the heart of Geneva to put the pieces of the puzzle together and see another aspect of Geneva through rosé tinted glasses. Four wine tastings included plus aperitif snacks. Santé!
