Archaeological site - Cathedral
Join me for a guided visit of Geneva's most important archaeological site, one of the largest in Europe covering an area of more than 3,000m. Nestled underneath Saint Peter's Cathedral and spreading below neighbouring buildings and the cathedral's courtyard entrance, discover one thousand years of history and learn how and why the cathedral grew in size and importance over the centuries. Skeletons, Roman mosaics, a baptistry, the bishop's throne room and more will intrigue you.
Duration: 1 hour
